Research & Reports

Despite microaggressions, Black workers are here and ready to lead. We possess the knowledge, vision, and experiences invaluable to the workplace.

Systemic racism in the workplace has plagued our communities for centuries, inhibiting us from caring for our families, strengthening our communities, and building wealth. Nothing changes unless we collectively advocate to change it. We have a plan to end discrimination in Black workers who are determined to lead despite facing microaggressions. Our workplace experiences, knowledge, and vision are invaluable assets. Unfortunately, systemic racism has hindered our ability to care for our families, strengthen our communities, and build wealth for centuries. It's time for us to advocate for change together. The National Black Worker Center has developed a plan to end workplace discrimination against Black workers. Our research, resources, and implementation guides will equip us to work collectively and dismantle the systems that harm our community and in the workplace. Our research, resources, and implementation guides will empower Black workers to work collectively and dismantle the systems that negatively impact our community. (National Black Worker Center)
